Craig continued her athletic career by playing softball at Northwestern State University where she has been inducted into the N-Club Hall of Fame. Her softball jersey number has also been retired at NSU. Craig has been coaching at Red River High since 2007. She spent 11 years coaching at Martin High School prior to the opening of the parish high school.
